Why one plan instead of tiers?
We don't believe in nickel-and-diming you for features you need. Every tree care company deserves the full toolkit (AI phone receptionist, scheduling, CRM, invoicing, QuickBooks sync, crew management, mobile apps, satellite mapping, compliance) without wondering if they should upgrade. One price, everything included.
Is the AI Phone Assistant included?
Yes. Every $400/mo plan includes 60 minutes per month of AI phone receptionist time at no extra cost. Additional minutes beyond that are typically billed at $0.10–$0.15 per minute, depending on the voice and AI model you configure for your assistant. The AI Phone Assistant is the only feature billed by usage. The only other extra charges are $5/mo for each phone number after your first and a one-time $25 registration fee to turn on SMS texting.
Are mobile apps included?
Yes. Native iOS and Android apps with your company name and logo are included with the $400/mo plan, with no per-user app fees. ArborDash builds them for you. The iOS app is published through ArborDash's Apple Developer account as an unlisted App Store app, so you don't need an account of your own; Apple's review usually takes one to three days. The Android app installs from a direct download link (APK).

What payment methods do you accept?
Your ArborDash subscription is billed monthly through Stripe, by credit or debit card. Your own customers pay your invoices in the customer portal by card or ACH bank transfer through QuickBooks Payments.
Is my data secure?
Yes. ArborDash runs on hosting providers that hold SOC 2 Type 2 audits. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, the database is backed up daily, and database access rules keep each company's records separate from every other company's. Owners choose which pages and features each employee can use.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there are no long-term contracts. Cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing tab in Settings, and you won't be billed again.
Do you offer enterprise or custom solutions?
