ArborDash was built to change that, around the way arborists work. The drag-and-drop schedule shows the 7-day forecast and National Weather Service alerts above your jobs. QuickBooks Online syncs in both directions. Recorded calls come back transcribed and summarized by AI. Each of those is there because a tree care company needed it.

Built for Arborists
Crew dispatch, chemical application logs, and wind alerts are built in because tree crews need them. Add your ZIP code to the schedule. When someone on your team opens the schedule and the forecast shows gusts of 40 mph or more for today or tomorrow, ArborDash posts a high-wind announcement to the whole team.
Modern by Design
React for the dashboard, PostgreSQL on Supabase for your data, and Cloudflare Workers for the API. No WordPress plugins and no code base left over from 2006.
White-Label First
Your software should look like YOUR company. Your logo, colors, and custom domain (dashboard.yourcompany.com) are part of the standard plan at no extra charge.
AI-Enhanced
Recorded calls are transcribed and summarized, so you can read what a customer asked for without replaying the call. An AI receptionist can answer the calls you miss, including after hours, and book quote requests.
No BS Pricing
One plan at $400 a month with every feature and unlimited users. No tiers and no per-seat fees. The only extras are AI assistant usage (phone calls and website chat) once the 60 included minutes each month run out, $5 a month for each extra phone number, and a one-time $25 fee to turn on texting.
Deep Integrations
ArborDash sends customers, estimates, invoices, and payments to QuickBooks Online, and changes made in QuickBooks come back. Twilio carries your calls and texts. Mapbox draws the maps and plans crew routes, and crews open each stop in Google Maps for directions.

Three well-known services run ArborDash. Here is what each one does with your data.
React Frontend
The dashboard is a React single-page app that works on phones, tablets, and desktops. Chat messages, notifications, new leads, tasks, and crew locations update live without a page refresh.
Supabase (PostgreSQL)
Your records live in a PostgreSQL database on Supabase. Row-level security is turned on for every table, so the database checks which company a signed-in user belongs to before it returns customer, job, or invoice records.
Cloudflare Edge Network
The API runs on Cloudflare Workers, and the dashboard, customer portal, and this website are served by Cloudflare Pages. Both run on Cloudflare’s global network with its DDoS protection in front.
